Our Process

The first step is brand discovery, which consists of a brand and digital landscape audit, market research, stakeholder interviews and a comprehensive competitive analysis. This information will then be leveraged to develop a distinct narrative for your brand that aligns with your mission, emphasizes your unique qualities, and resonates with your ideal core audience. This brand positioning allows us to successfully and distinctively identify the visual tone and messaging of your brand.

Strategy

With a comprehensive brand strategy in place, we begin creative development. Our focus is to attract and captivate your target audience while visually conveying your brand messaging. Once a concept is approved, we will tweak and polish each element of the visual identity to include a primary and secondary logo, color palette and brand identity system.

Design

Following a typical 7-14 week process, an extensive package of web and print assets needed to successfully launch your brand will be delivered. At this time, additional elements of your brand can then be developed now that a solid foundation in place. Items include but are not limited to a stationary system, website design, or packaging suite.

Meet the Founders

Working across many disciplines; mobile and web design, art direction and print, Sara has built a foundation of principles that cater to each unique platform and project, giving her the unique ability to creatively problem solve and adapt to client requests on the fly.

Over her 18 year career in design she has had the privilege to design for a diverse number of top Silicon Valley companies, designing mobile apps, websites and print collateral for clients such as Banana Republic, Boku and Big Fish Games.

Textiles, graphic design, and experiential marketing are just a few talents of Ashley Cornil, the designer who justifies the hyphen in a multi-hyphenated career. With a visual design degree and 10 years experience in the ad agency world, Ashley alongside her sister and business partner Sara, successfully launched KIN THE LABEL. Ashley led the product design, photoshoots and marketing strategy in the 8-year tenure with the company. The sister duo share endless enthusiasm and curiosity to tackle diverse projects with talented people.
